Terms and Conditions

Terms and conditions

Effective date: June 25, 2026

These terms apply to your use of this website and any services you request from Plumbing Patrol. By submitting a service request or using this site, you agree to them.

Who we are

Plumbing Patrol is a licensed plumbing contractor serving Panorama City and the surrounding Los Angeles area. Our California C-36 license number is 1107046. You can reach us at (818) 666-6878 or info@plumbingpatrol.co.

Requesting a service

Submitting the form on our site starts a request for contact, not a confirmed appointment. We'll reach out by phone, text, or email to verify your information and schedule a visit.

We serve a defined geographic area. If your location is outside our service zone, we'll tell you when we contact you. Service availability also depends on technician scheduling and the nature of the job.

Estimates

Quotes given before an on-site visit are estimates based on the information you share with us. The final price may differ once our technician sees the job in person. We won't start work without giving you a written estimate and getting your approval first.

Estimates cover labor and standard materials. Jobs that require specialty parts or components not stocked on our service vehicles may carry additional material costs. We'll tell you before ordering anything.

Payment

Payment is due when the job is finished, unless we've agreed to different terms beforehand. We accept credit cards, debit cards, checks, and cash. For larger projects, we may ask for a deposit before work begins. We'll discuss this before the job starts.

Overdue balances may be referred to a collections agency. If that happens, you may be responsible for the cost of collection, including reasonable attorney fees, as permitted by applicable law.

Cancellations and rescheduling

You can cancel or reschedule at no charge if you give us at least 24 hours' notice before your scheduled appointment.

If we arrive and you're not available to provide access, or if you cancel with less than 4 hours' notice, we may charge a service call fee. We'll let you know this fee when you schedule, so there are no surprises.

Warranty on work

Plumbing Patrol warrants all labor for 30 days from the date of service. If an issue covered by this warranty comes up within that period, contact us and we'll return to address it at no additional charge for labor.

Parts and materials carry the manufacturer's warranty, which we'll pass through to you where the manufacturer permits. This warranty doesn't cover damage from causes unrelated to our work, modifications by others after our visit, or conditions the original repair wasn't designed to address.

Limitation of liability

Our liability for any claim arising from services we performed is limited to the amount you paid for those specific services. We're not responsible for indirect damages, lost income, or property damage unrelated to our work.

Some states don't permit limitations of this kind. Where applicable law doesn't allow a particular limitation, it won't apply to you to that extent.

Your responsibilities

You agree to give us accurate information when requesting service. If incorrect information leads to additional costs on our end, you're responsible for those costs. You also agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the work area when we arrive.

Intellectual property

All content on this website belongs to Plumbing Patrol or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information. By using this site, you agree to those practices. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these terms by reference.

Updates to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll post the updated version with a new effective date. Continuing to use our site or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of California. Any dispute related to these terms or our services will be resolved in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
